Kevin Burke
Co-Founder, Creative & ProductionKevin Burke is an award-winning television producer and creative leader with more than 25 years of experience developing, producing, and shaping entertainment across broadcast, digital, and branded content. Most recently, he served as Senior Co-Executive Producer of The Kelly Clarkson Show, following senior production roles on Steve Harvey, Lopez Tonight, Kathy, The Tyra Banks Show, and other nationally distributed series. Over the course of his career, he has worked with NBCUniversal, Warner Bros./Telepictures, Sony Pictures Television, Endemol Shine, and other major studios and production companies.
His experience spans the full creative process, from developing formats, franchises, celebrity segments, and branded integrations to field production, production leadership, and post. Kevin is a six-time Daytime Emmy Award winner, with four wins for The Kelly Clarkson Show and two for Steve Harvey. At The Matchbook Agency, he brings that combination of big-picture creative thinking and hands-on production experience to building ideas that are ambitious, executable, and made to connect with an audience.

Kimberlie Christen
Co-Founder, Strategy & PartnershipsKimberlie Christen is a digital marketing and creator executive with more than 20 years of experience building social, creator, mobile, and CRM programs for some of the world's most recognizable entertainment and consumer brands. Her career has been defined by getting ahead of what's next, from helping pioneer mobile marketing and CRM programs at Disney and Redbox to leading growth marketing at Horizon Media and helping build Blue Hour Studios into a social-first, creator-specialized agency.
She has built and scaled creator networks, ambassador programs, and social campaigns for brands including ESPN, National Geographic, AMC, Paramount+, Honda, Petco, Kohl's, Pandora, and UnitedHealthcare, while leading teams across strategy, talent partnerships, content, and client relationships. At The Matchbook Agency, Kimberlie leads strategy, brand partnerships, and creator marketing, bringing the experience of a senior agency leader with the hands-on instincts of someone who knows how to turn a strong idea into a program that actually performs.
